Shaun McAnally, who is undertaking a Capstone course in physics as part of his undergraduate studies, has won an inaugural Australian National Fabrication Facility – Queensland Node Student Award. The award provides up to 20 hours of ANFF-Q instrument access, training and support from ANFF-Q staff; $500 worth of consumables; and an opportunity for the student to present their research outcomes to an audience including academics and industry representatives. Shaun aims to use the support to investigate organic solar cells containing perylene diimide-based non-fullerene acceptors.
